✨ Oh heyyyy there new mamas (and caregivers!!) this workshop is for the babies!✨

👶 This time we’re joining forces with and focusing on the itty bitty ones (1 and under)!

🔥 This workshop provides hands-on CPR and Choking Relief practice and will leave you feeling confident and prepared for an emergency!

‼️ We will cover infant safety concerns, SIDS prevention, choking relief, CPR, common illnesses, when to seek help and any other questions you may have!

👩‍⚕️This workshop is taught by Emergency Nurse and Mama Coach, Kaitlynn Edwards, RN, BSN and includes an e-book for reference.

🥵🥵🥵 ok summer…I see you

👋 Hi! My name is Kaitlynn and I am a nurse, wife and Mama to three awesome little humans. I survive on Jesus, reheated coffee and leftovers that my kids LOVED yesterday. My hobbies include pretending I am going to do laundry, going on “vacation” with my family and feeling accomplished when I remember to turn the roomba on.

👏 I am also the proud owner of The Mama Coach in the Greater Charlotte area! I have the privilege of helping pregnant mamas and young families prepare for their new baby and everything that comes with raising little people. I absolutely love being a part of this special time in a mama’s life and being able to offer them a source of support that’s non-judgmental (unsolicited advice from strangers on how to raise your children anyone?). Always remember that parenting can be rough and life can be messy, but you got this, Mama! 🤍
