Mind Body Wellness As a holistic mental health therapist, I focus on the entire body to bring whole body wellness with an emphasis on gut health to improve mental wellness.

I help people build stress resilience, focus and calm while remaining med free! I will discuss all things mental health with a focus on stress/ anxiety and ADHD/ADD and share the value in a great gut-brain connection to create a happy, healthy, mentally strong YOU! I'll introduce tips and techniques to reduce anxiety, teach you how to find calm in your life and help you build your stress resilience and frustration tolerance so that you are THRIVING in life!
