A huge round of applause to Michael Robinson, our amazing Dietary Aide, for bringing so much heart and creativity to our Father’s Day breakfast celebration. Michael went above and beyond, not just serving food, but elevating the entire experience with his thoughtful attention to detail. From beautifully folded napkins to a welcoming, cheerful table setting, he created an atmosphere that truly made our residents feel honored and celebrated.

The fathers left smiling and continued to talk about how wonderful the morning was all week long. Michael’s care and pride in his work reminded us how powerful the little things can be when done with great love.
