As teachers we forget to take care of our selves!
It’s not about doing the most.
It’s about clearing stagnation.
Building steadiness.
And making sure we show up grounded, open, and fully present for our clients.
A quick workout to get my body moving, my lymphatic system going, my circulation up, and everything loosened up before I start my sessions helps me to show up better.
Hips, low back, pelvis, knees, arms, all of it.
It helps me feel more awake, more open, and more present before I hold space for anyone else.
