Tl;dr: Stop treating fat ppl like s**t. (Fat as a neutral descriptor)

(And go show some love!)

Ppl in larger bodies can be perfectly healthy & more physically fit than you.

Stop assuming things about anyone’s nutrition & exercise habits, and stop asking them about them when it’s completely irrelevant.

Remember: health-promoting behaviors that absolutely improve overall health but may have 0 effect on weight include:�-getting adequate sleep
-getting adequate hydration
-meeting the fiber recommendations per day (25 g/day women, 38g/day men)
-meeting the fruit & veg minimum per day (5 servings/day min)
-choosing less saturated fats and more unsaturated
-moving your body regularly (working towards moving it more + strength training, regardless of where you’re starting)
-reducing stress
-experiencing joy
-practicing self-compassion

Would you try these 🤔👀

Shelf-stable options are great for people who may not have access to refrigeration or who maybe need items that travel well!

Other takeaways:
>great sources of some plant based iron, (ideally pair with vitamin C rich foods for increasing absorption, which is lower than animal-based iron)
>good sources of fiber!! 25g day for women, 38g/day for men are the recs.
>are we gonna start seeing beef tallow in everything?? Reminder: we want most of our fats to come from plant-sources (unsaturated) VS animal sources (saturated unless 🐟)

Brown sugar cinnamon will always be my fave flavor 😋

TLDR; these could be an option for someone with sensory preferences that really struggles to get enough protein in, or someone with higher energy & protein demands like athletes!
Tbh they taste pretty much the same as the original ones.
