Through the practice of asanas (yoga poses) and pranayama (breath) we strive to calm the mind while challenging the body. GOOD.

Praise and Pose is a community-centered yoga practice dedicated to helping yogis of all fitness levels and backgrounds find stillness and calmness, despite physical, mental, and community challenges. This concept applies both on and off the mat!
