Why you should be strength training! ⬇️
Strength training is the most beneficial form of exercise for many reasons and something I encourage all of my clients to do. The benefits go far beyond just your physical appearance.
Benefits of Strength Training include..
- Increased Energy
- Improved mobility
- Improved Cognitive brain function
- Helps Improve Bone Density
- Makes daily tasks easier such as going up and down stairs and lifting objects
The physical benefits of Strength Training are an easy selling point but it’s these other aspects that will be vastly improved for you if you pick up a barbell and start lifting!
