Today is National Senior Health & Fitness Day, and we want to be clear: this is a day that belongs in our studio.
Tai Chi, Qi Gong, gentle stretch, and restorative yoga are all practices where age is an asset. The longer you've been in your body, the more you have to teach it β and the more it has to show you.
Our classes are genuinely for every body. If you or someone you love has been hesitant to try yoga because of age or mobility, please reach out. We will find you the right class.
