Our 5th Annual Blank Drive is here!

Each year we partner with a men's homeless shelter with blankets for the winter. Our goal is to donate 100 blankets!

Watch Dr. Tierra show three stretches to help relieve neck tension.

When looking in a downward position, whether it’s reading to your children, or breast feeding your neck muscles can become stiff and tight . Doing these stretches 2-3 times a day with a 30sec hold will help relieve tension. These activities can also pull the spine out of alignment, so making sure your spine is well adjusted is a big key for decreasing neck tension.

Meet our newest patient baby James.

His mom has been going to a chiropractor for over 10 years before she moved to Charlotte 2 years ago. She and her entire family get adjusted and she new that getting her baby checked and cleared of any nervous system pressure was top priority when he was born.

He was born on Saturday and got his first adjustment at home by Dr Tierra the very next day!

Meet the newest addition to the Charlotte Family Chiropractic wellness tribe!! Baby B was born on Thursday at 11:46pm and got her first nervous system check and adjustment on Friday 11:50am. Just 12 hours into being earth side her mom knew checking her nervous system was essential.

This little cutie was born at home with mom, dad and their midwife and she got her first healing adjustment in the same bed she was born just hours before.
