Salt & Souls The first of its kind Salt Cave Sanctuary in Charlotte, NC.

SALT & SOULS is a sanctuary for clients to improve their overall
well-being through the natural healing properties of salt. Our mission
is to provide an immersive and relaxing experience that heals the
physical body and nurtures the soul. Founder Jenna Morcos has spent the past 23 years as a
pharmacist in retail and long term care pharmacies. Her journey to founding SALT & SOULS began with her own personal exploration of
non-pharmaceutical approaches to health. With one foot
always in the western approach to medicine, Jenna personally
benefited in mind, body, and spirit from a variety of holistic
modalities, including halotherapy. This is where her passion
for alternative ways to better health and healing began, and
she knew one day she would pursue an avenue that could
combine western and holistic approaches to wellness.

Here at Salt and Souls we understand fully the experience you get in the cave and know there are moments we just aren’t ready to walk away from. Our tea lounge provides that transition with a variety of complimentary tea, relaxing foot domes, chakra balancing mat, dim lighting, relaxing music, and a staff ready to help your transition any way we can!
