Two weeks ago I was selected to speak to caregivers with the Frankie Mae Foundation in Charlotte,NC during their “Caregiver Chat Live-Let’s Talk” discussion panel.
We all have expiration dates whether we like it or not and GRIEF, it’s just not easy. 💔
I had the pleasure of discussing the stages of grief and discuss ways to support yourself and your loved one(s) during difficult transitional periods and their final stages of life.
