Are you focused on your protein intake?
Training is important but so is your nutrition. Without the proper protein consumption your body will burn up all of the lean muscle you are trying to build.
Signs you may not be consuming enough protein in your diet:
1. Weight loss but not fat loss
2. Lack of muscle gain, though you are training regularly
3. Hunger
4. Fatigue/tiredness or lack of energy
5. Getting sick more often
Though it is important to get as much nutrients from the food you eat, supplementation is also a good source for lack of protein in your diet.
