💚 We’re still reflecting on how incredible the Southeast Regional Conference on Mental Health was.
One of the most powerful moments came during the very first live edition of The Strong Place podcast, where Ayo Johnson, Executive Director of Mental Health America of Central Carolinas, sat down with Jeff Corle, a fourth-generation dairy farmer.

Jeff opened up about the emotional impact of selling his family’s farm — a legacy spanning four generations — and how that difficult transition affected his mental health and ultimately led him to seek support.

His story was a reminder that mental health affects us all, no matter our background or industry, and that there is strength in sharing our journeys.

Thank you, Jeff, for your honesty and for helping others find the courage to reach out when they need it.
