I have never had a panic attack but I know it is quite common. Here’s some suggestions on what to do if you find yourself having one.

Panic attacks feel horrible, but they aren't the end of the world when you know how to get through them. Keep this handy.

We don't seem to take time for this any more but it can make a great difference if you sometimes struggle with fatigue during the day. Just a 20 minute nap can revive you!

The siesta is a very normal part of life in many parts of the world -- and quite probably for good reason.
