💙❤️ This past Saturday was the **Congenital Heart Walk** — an event so close to my heart. We came together to raise awareness and support for children and families affected by **CHD (Congenital Heart Disease)**.

Every step taken helped fund research, spread hope, and honor the fighters, survivors, and angels of CHD.

NH Pediatric is so grateful to have been part of something that makes such a difference. 🫶

This family-friendly event brings our community together, honoring Heart Warriors we've lost and celebrating those still fighting. We walk side by side - heart families, bereaved families, and supporters - showing that no one faces CHDs alone.
