Our Wine Dinner celebrating The Elements was a beautiful evening centered around seasonal flavor, thoughtful pairings, and the people who make experiences like this so special.
Each course was inspired by earth, air, fire, and water—and reflected beautifully in dishes like maple pork belly-wrapped dates, diver scallops, crab manicotti, and Chicken Wellington. Dessert, Un Brin De Maïs, was a light and creative finale to a flavorful night.
Wines were paired by Empire Distributors, Inc., with each selection chosen to highlight the unique flavors of the evening. Their thoughtful guidance added another layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.
