Our Wine Dinner, An Evening in Casablanca, was draped in timeless elegance—an evening of rich flavors, thoughtful pairings, and an atmosphere that made every moment unforgettable.

The menu read like a love letter to the senses: asparagus mousse with smoked salmon and caviar, seaweed deviled quail eggs with rose aioli, artisan greens with wine-poached pears and candied walnuts, risotto nero, and a perfectly tender sous vide duck breast with sweet potato purée. Dessert—a dark chocolate marquis with raspberry coulis and a gilded finish—was a finale worthy of the silver screen.

Each course was paired with wines that brought the evening to life—sparkling Stoeffler Crémant, SamSara Chardonnay, QED Cabernet Sauvignon, and Hamel Stratum Red Blend. A heartfelt thank you to Kevin Tabor and Hayden Gurley for sharing your expertise and guiding us through these beautiful selections.

To Chef Maribel Mendoza—thank you for crafting a menu that balanced creativity with timeless sophistication. And to Kris Hilton, Michelle Doggett, and Brayden Conley—your warmth and attention to detail created an atmosphere that was as welcoming as it was refined.
