✨ SheConnects Tea & Meditation – Event Recap!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the SheConnects Tea & Meditation event at the beautiful Pauline’s Tea Bar!

We were honored to cohost this empowering experience with Ashley Ledoux from Carolina Center for Recovery bringing together an incredible group of women for a day of connection, relaxation, and growth.

🧘‍♀️ Bre Norton led a truly calming Compassion & Mind-Body Balance Meditation, helping us all release stress and reconnect with ourselves in a safe, spa-like space.

The energy, support, and inspiration shared in the room was unmatched. Events like this remind us how powerful it is when women come together to uplift, network, and nurture both business and well-being.

Thank you for being part of such a special gathering—we can’t wait for the next one! 💪🌿✨

The night was filled with inspiration, community, and a shared commitment to empowering high school students in recovery. 💚 Seeing the impact this school has on so many young lives was truly moving—giving students the support, education, and encouragement they need to thrive.
