Here’s a quick guide for planning ahead:

What to expect during your CoolSculpting treatment ❄️

For those that have been thinking of taking extra measures to get rid of stubborn fat, the time is now to try Coolsculpting to be ready for Spring or Summer.

1️⃣ Relax for 30-60 minutes while the machine works its magic.✨️

2️⃣ The massage- After the applicators are removed. the treatment area will be left with a frozen lump of fat in the shape of the applicator that needs to be massaged for a few minutes to help it "thaw" (yes, really). This tends to be the most painful part of the entire CoolSculpting treatment, but again, it only lasts a few minutes.💙

3️⃣ Done! Afterward, you'll feel burning or stinging sensation for up to 15 minutes (kind of like an ice burn in the winter), and you may experience a bit of bruising, swelling, and numbness for a few days afterward, although this isn't a quarantee. ❄️

4️⃣ Wait 2-3mos for best results!
