Our Women’s Assertiveness Group is designed to help women build healthier boundaries, improve communication, and develop more secure, confident relationships in every area of life.
In this 12-week group, you’ll learn:
✨ How to communicate assertively and respectfully
✨ How to set and maintain healthy boundaries
✨ How attachment styles impact relationships
✨ How to ask for your needs and wants confidently
✨ How to navigate conflict in healthy ways
✨ How to improve self-worth, honesty, and connection
Whether you struggle with people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, or simply want stronger communication skills, this group offers a supportive space for growth and healing.
