Happy Sunday Tea Chats �
This morning’s We Are the Medicine integration session brought us deeper into the experience.
I’m grateful for the space and time to pause and explore what it means to remain tender with ourselves. Sometimes it looks like gentle touch — a hand over the heart, a soft massage for tired feet, or simply breathing with an extended exhale. Other times, tenderness is presence itself — listening inward, whispering a mantra of compassion, and allowing stillness to hold us.
This is the medicine: creating small, tender moments that remind us we are safe, we are enough, and we are worthy of our own care.

Even in the fullness of summer, we all need space to pause.
☀️ During the summer months, we lighten the schedule—because life is full, the sun is shining, and sometimes you just need to be.
But we’re still here, holding space for your breath, your body, and your peace.

🌟✨ Embrace the serene glow of candlelight with us this Wednesday night at 7:30 PM for UNWIND a relaxing deep stretch class led by Jasmine .yogipreneur ! ✨🌟

In this calming session, Jasmine will guide you through slow, flowing movements to gently warm your body and focus your mind. Held in the soothing ambiance of candlelight, we’ll hold passive stretches for extended periods, releasing deep-rooted tension and preparing your body for stillness and rest.

We’ll end the practice with guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, or other meditative practices that connect us to the true essence of Yoga.
