Brooks Haislip- Connection Facilitator Brooks is a yoga teacher, breathwork wellness educator, writer, energy healer & radiant life consultant. Her enthusiasm for life is deep & contagious!!!

Brooks Haislip has been teaching yoga for 15 years, was a massage therapist for eight years, has done one-on-one strategic "radiant life consulting" for 7 years, has had a daily meditation practice for more than 20 years, is a SRI (Somato Respiratory Integration) Wellness Educator and is currently studying Core Vitality Healing with Lynda Boozer. She is RYT-500, is a Certified Prenatal Yoga teacher and is grateful to have been a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher for many years. Her teaching combines a unique and powerful blend of skills gained thru years of studying these different modalities and is a fusion of her knowledge and deep personal experience with each one.She believes that every individual is an embodiment of infinite creative expression and is grateful to be an agent of change in the awakening of light and truth. She is a transformer that shows up with fierce presence and expansive compassion, her laughter highly contagious and her words direct, yet loving and inspiring.

Intuition. Such a big word… but what if it’s actually something beautifully simple?

It’s that quiet inner knowing. The soft voice within that doesn’t shout or overthink — it just feels right. Our bodies know. ✨

We’ve been taught to live in our heads, to analyze, to figure everything out, looking outside of ourselves for approval, proof, information. But life isn’t meant to be that complicated. When we tune into our intuition, we come back home to our hearts and remember to trust the signals of our wise bodies. And from that space, things begin to flow with more ease.

Trusting your intuition is like trusting the divine within you — allowing yourself to be guided, one step at a time. You don’t need the whole plan. You don’t need all the answers. Just the next step. The next breadcrumb.

Less overthinking.
More feeling.
Less forcing.
More trusting.

You already have the wisdom you’re searching for. It’s been there all along — quietly waiting for you to listen. 🤍

MMMM- One step at a time towards the light, what brings us joy, what makes us feel alive. The rest will burn away and what we are left with will be what is true in our hearts. Let the heart leads the way. This full moon in Leo is supporting us in this. Wake up each morning and anchor into the thoughts/feelings of what you are grateful for/what brings you joy, let your actions throughout the day steer you towards these things and end your day in your hearts pace too anchoring into these frequencies intentionally once again on your way to sleep. A Workshop Series with Brooks Haislip

-be a creator of a world that celebrates every woman’s unique gifts?
-embrace your body as a holy temple and gateway to the Divine?
-to remember the Wisdom, Passion and Truth of every woman (yourself) as a SACRED EMBODIMENT OF THE DIVINE?

Each week will have a theme which will serve as the focus of the class. Classes will be a unique combination of asana/movement, breath work, discussion, meditation/visualization, soul exploration exercises, SoulWriting and intimate conversation. 💪🩵🧡ANNA STRONG YOGA FUNDRAISER CLASS WAS A HUGE SUCCESS🧡🩵💪 Thank you to and for inviting me in to this collaboration for such a bright light of a human and an awesome cause! We had FUN!!! It’s always such a joy to be people’s first yoga teacher experience… It always feels like a big honor and makes my heart so happy! Many of the adults and children came up to me after and said they always thought that yoga was gonna be so serious so they’ve never tried it before and they seemed so surprised at how much laughter and joy was in the air during this class! That lit me up! Two of my favorite words together are “SERIOUSLY PLAYFUL.” I tend to cover the full spectrum and hope that everyone always feels a warm welcome to coming and trying some yoga out! Here’s to more outdoor joy filled yoga! And, in the meantime, please come see me on Tuesdays at 9:30am and/or on Friday at 9:30am May 16th and let’s spark some serious joy together! I deeply believe this is one of the many “medicines” needed now! All levels welcome!
