💙 Patient Spotlight: From Partnership to Progress 💙

When Dane’s family found Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center, they were looking for the right place, a team they could trust and truly partner with. Through a connection at his mom’s school, they were introduced to a therapist who helped them quickly feel at home.

What stood out most was the partnership. From the very beginning, Dane’s family felt supported not just during sessions, but beyond them. Week by week, they were given tools, guidance, and a clear understanding of how to support his progress at home.

With care that was tailored to how Dane learns, progress became meaningful and personal. Over time, not only did his communication grow, but his comfort and confidence did too. What started as something unfamiliar became something he now looks forward to, running into sessions with excitement.
Reflecting on their journey, Ladarius shared:

“We spent so long not knowing what he was saying… and now it’s like night and day. It’s been a blessing.”
That kind of growth, built on trust, understanding, and connection, is what drives our work every day at CSHC. Helping children feel confident, supported, and truly heard. 💫

Honoring and Remembering this Memorial Day

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and service will never be forgotten.

In observance of the holiday, all Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center clinics will be closed today, May 25th and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26th at 8:00 AM.

We are grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and wish our community a safe and meaningful holiday. 💙

Celebrating a Year of Making a Difference, Amy 💙

We’re celebrating our amazing Operations Manager, Amy, on her first anniversary with CSHC! Amy brings leadership, passion, and a deep commitment to ensuring our team can deliver the best possible care to our patients and families.

When asked what she loves most about CSHC, Amy shared: “My favorite part about working for CSHC is being part of a team that is so dedicated to our mission of empowering and transforming lives through speech and hearing services. Each team member brings something unique, and it’s that collaboration and shared passion that allows us to create meaningful, high-quality experiences for our patients. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of an organization where the work we do truly makes a difference.”
