This month’s recovery of the month (ROM) will focus on the lower back & hips
Perform 2-4 cycles of:
📌 10 Repeated back extension in standing w/ banded overpressure
📌 5 Staggered stance banded good mornings R/L
📌 5 Prone single leg half frogs R/L
