POWER: DON’T SLOW PROGRESS - RESTORE IT
It’s bound to happen
Injury, sprains, strains, pain, setbacks, etc.
But it doesn’t mean that you won’t get past it
Or that your progress will stop
However…
If you don’t do anything about it, it will certainly stay around longer than usual
And…
Occur more frequently to only make it feel like you’ve really stalled in your health & wellness journey

💦 DON’T SLOW PROGRESS — RESTORE IT 💦

Yes…setbacks do create some halting
Yes…setbacks to incur speed bumps
But, you shouldn’t just sit there & let your progress fade away
Take the initiative to start to RESTORE it
Keep laying the bricks to keep the momentum going
There are always new ways to learn to navigate these setbacks & RESTORE your pathway

Too much information on one thing doesn’t always mean it’s the right information
Excess information for certain subjects can skew your perceptions & may not feed into expected outcomes (or even the right outcomes)
Therefore…
We must first make sure that the information is right
And, that it is truly feeding into your specific journey prescription
When it’s the right information, then stacking mini-layers on top will follow but with more purpose
Then you’ll begin to experience the outcomes you’ve been wanting to have towards improving & expanding your health- & life-spans

THE LAST AMRAP 4 AUTISM IN CLT
🩵 A bittersweet end to a 12-year celebration of bringing awareness to the surrounding Charlotte, NC area about 🩵

This special charity event has always hit home for me
Growing up, I had a neighbor, Bradley, who was diagnosed with Autism
Bradley loved crustless peanut butter sandwiches & knew the exact color of my 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse — “Carolina Blue”
Now, Bradley loves to play the piano for his mother & grandmother back in West Virginia

It meant so much to me to celebrate the last AMRAP in CLT especially with good company from &
