Starting Saturday, July 4th in Ayrsley we will be crushing our fitness goals outdoors. Every Saturday in July 8:30am we workout together but apart. Catching sun rays and getting bountiful doses of Vitamin D while honoring and enforcing social distance. We invite you you to join us for our 4 week Summer Series Workout. This is a 45 min Total Body Workout. Please bring your mat, water and all your effort. Share with you family and friends and letβs SWEAT!
