Then I’ll have a week off for my cataract surgery recovery…😞

Two weeks!!
Two weeks of recovering!
Two weeks of eating better! (Tonight’s Pictured Below)
Two weeks of learning about alternative health care vs. medical system.
Two weeks of allowing myself to take care of me.
Aside from some word searching and a few moments of dizziness, I’m still feeling Gratefully Blessed to be this far along the path to Healing! 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻

For those who are following along: I’m Grateful for all your concern, prayers and Love! (A Funny Moment at the end of the post)

Waldo went to the Neurologist today! It was a very good report from the neurologist standpoint.
She’s very thorough. She said that my risk factors are Very Low. She said the Cat Scan and MRI did not indicate any sclerosis in the arteries and veins of the brain. She said my “RoPE Score” was 62% which would indicate it was most likely the POF (hole in the heart) that caused it, but I needed to follow up with the cardiologist to discuss that. (Nov. 11th)

The extreme fatigue can be the body healing, or low blood counts due to the blood thinner. We’ll find out later today.

She ordered an apnea sleep test as that would be the only stroke risk factor not yet tested for.

Otherwise, she said, healthy diet, follow up with cardiology and if I’m doing great in 6 months I can even cancel my appointment. 👏🏻🙏🏻♥️

After the appointment, my friend and I went to Fareway and the lady at the checkout said to my friend, “Looks like you found Waldo.”
We all laughed!! ♥️

It’s been 6 days. Six days of adjusting. Six days of committing to doing “better”. And, today I went grocery shopping with friend, and it went really good. I’m still a little PTSD at going places alone, so I’m Grateful Cheryl could take me with her today.
Bonus: after almost a week of doing “better” I have lost 4 lbs.
Tonight’s “better” meal.
Onward and Upward!!

DRUM ROLL PLEASE …🥁🥁🥁
When I fell on February 19, 2023 breaking my radius, I’m excited to report that after 19 Months, I found out on the 19th of September, I am able to go to the lawyer’s office and pick up my settlement check tomorrow!! 🙏🏻👏🏻🎉♥️

YOU HAVE NOOOOOO IDEA HOW RELIEVED I AM TONIGHT!! 🙏🏻♥️
I can now pay back my loans, my credit cards, my back rent for my office space and all my other creditors who have been MORE than patient, and start fresh!! 🙏🏻♥️

♥️🙏🏻Thank You for all the Prayers, Good Vibes and other assistance that I’ve received from all of you who have been quick to offer! There is NO WAY to repay you all!!🙏🏻♥️

BTW, I am back to work and taking appointments for Massage, Energy Work, Reflexology, Integrative Coaching and Hypnotic Massage. ♥️ Love Is the Answer!

♥️Grateful, 🙏🏻Thankful, 😇Blessed!!
I cannot explain the feeling being here at the Midwest Old Threshers Reunion!!
Today’s schedule was filled by 5pm!!
Which means I worked my tail off…AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE!!

I don’t have words for how this rejuvenates my soul. The people, the atmosphere, the service provided to those who are hurting…🤯

When people ask me why I take a week off to work 11 hours a day for 4 days and 6 for one = 50 hours…all I can say is, you just have to be there!! ♥️🙏🏻♥️👏🏻♥️

I resist this tracking.

Light Shining Through!! 🌦️

Got a call late this afternoon and I have been asked to get together (by Monday) the taxes to prove income and loss of income, all the therapy appointments, Dr appointments, surgery date and all the mileage to all these events! Along with “anything that would be pertinent to the case.” 😳
We’re going to discuss moving forward with the settlement Monday. 👏🏻♥️🎉
