We are excited to welcome Kwana Greaves as our new Staff Coordinator. Originally from Philadelphia, Kwana relocated to Charlotte five years ago and has since built a meaningful career centered around helping others. She brings valuable experience in health insurance, where she supported members with claims as well as medical and pharmacy benefits. Kwana has also been a dedicated caregiver with Carepoint for the past two years. Combined with her previous caregiving experience, this has further strengthened her compassion and commitment to supporting individuals in their daily lives. Outside of work, Kwana enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. We are thrilled to have her join our office staff and look forward to the positive impact she will make!
