Celebrating World Breastfeeding Week 2025!!

Did you know that Novant Health Symphony Park has an onsite lactation consultant? Our amazing lactation consultant, Danette Andersen, IBCLC, has over 17 years of experience serving mothers and infants with their breastfeeding needs. We are so appreciative of Danette and her dedication to our patients!!

Additionally, Novant Health offers the Baby Cafe; this is a peer support group for breastfeeding families and is open to all. This will take place twice a week at the locations below. These free, drop-in meetings will offer support from a lactation consultant. Support groups like Baby Cafe are essential to the physical and emotional health of new families.
