We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, dependable, a team-player, and a quick learner. Our goal is to provide exceptional patient service, along with professional enthusiasm to every person that enters our clinic.
Responsibilities include: Communicating with patients regarding payments/insurance/outstanding balances, Working with patients to ensure outstanding balances are paid in a timely manner, Working with our front desk to ensure all patients coming in have had their insurance verified, Ensure copays/deductibles etc. are updated in our EHR system, Sending out insurance claims, Ensuring accurate record keeping of insurance payments and applying payments to the correct patients, Verifying insurance coverage for all new patients, Submit prior authorizations for speciality medications (Spravato, Zulresso, etc.)
Requirements: Candidates must have experience with Medical Billing and Coding, professional demeanor at all times, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask, think dynamically, use computers quickly, accurately, and effectively, ability to communicate with patients and insurance companies, ability to follow direction and ability to follow all guidelines of the medical practice

Responsibilities include: Taking patient vitals (Blood pressure, weight, height, etc.), Sending in prescriptions, following up on prescription refills, completing prior authorizations, collecting and sending out lab samples, helping our providers fill out paper work for patients, new patient intake, and helping our providers provide the best care for our patients.
Requirements: Candidates must have experience as a medical assistant/ psychiatry preferred, phlebotomy skills, professional demeanor at all times, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask, think dynamically, use computers quickly, accurately, and effectively, ability to follow direction and ability to follow all guidelines of the medical practice.
