It’s my birthday—and yes, I’m celebrating with a dozen donuts and cookies. šŸŽˆ šŸ© šŸŖ 🄳

My aunt and I started a tradition years ago—for every birthday, we order a dozen donuts and take a bite out of each one.

As a registered dietitian and weight loss coach for busy moms, here’s what I want you to know:

šŸŽ‚ You don’t need to give up your favorite foods to be healthy.
šŸ© You don’t have to ā€œearnā€ a donut or ā€œburn offā€ dessert.
ā¤ļø You can have goals and a life.

Sustainable weight loss isn’t about eating perfectly every day.
It’s about consistency over time—and letting moments like this be part of the plan, not a pause from it.

Some days you eat less. Some days you eat more.
The big picture matters way more than one treat—or one dozen šŸ˜‰
