If you are feeling down or frustrated because you’re not meeting your goals chances are you’re stuck in what’s called the Gap. The Gap is comparing yourself from where you want to go and where you currently are. Most high achieving successful people get stuck in the Gap and feel depressed. To shift this think about three wins that you had today. The point of this exercise is for you to look back at your gains and see how far you’ve come. Do this every day to shift out of the Gap mindset.
