Heidi Talking: Does anyone else feel like this in perimenopause?!
Everything is all right on the outside (because it has to be, right?!). You have a family, a job, a life, desires, demands . . . and you’re expected to manage all of that AND perimenopause?
Step 1 is to know you’re not alone and everything WILL be fine.
Step 2 is to identify where you’re struggling & find the solutions that work for you. (So easy, huh?). If it’s weight gain, that same old diet might not work anymore - you may need a shift. If it’s hot flashes or night sweats, you may need a little Bio-HRT. If it’s anxiety (ahem: ME), the answer may be meditation, movement, and in my case, an unholy amount of Magnesium.
Wherever you are, whatever your struggle, just know you’re not alone. WE’VE GOT THIS.
