We love our strength and balance classes, it's is one of our Members' favorite classes! π It is designed to meet our Members at their skill level, empower them to challenge themselves, and improve confidence levels. Using weights can help build muscle over time, which will help combat the weakness that can develop in our muscles as we age. Our Members continue to impress us with the ways they challenge themselves in our wellness classes! πͺ
