Welcome Alisa to our team (LMBT #17186)! “Alisa received an Associates in Massage Therapy and a Bachelors in Professional Studies (Healthcare Management) from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2011 and 2013 respectively. She has worked as a Massage Therapist in high end gyms, several medical offices and a luxury spa. She also managed a medical clinic for over five years. From an early age, taking care of her health was important. Over the years she realized that teaching and helping others was also important to her.” Make an appointment to get on her table soon!

Had a great day at at their mobility seminar with on Saturday! We got to learn some great mobility movements and treated their members to a little bit of our massage techniques. Go check them out and try one of their classes soon!

It was a rainy, cold day for a race, but we showed up to support and Run the Creek 5k this morning! Congrats and kudus to all the runners and volunteers who braved the weather and came out.

Afton Scott has experience specializing in sports, medical and therapeutic bodywork, and has a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science from UNC Chapel Hill. We are excited to introduce our newest therapist, Ally Mann! Ally has been a therapist since 2014, where she received her training in Ohio. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Sports massage, so we know you’re going to love her bodywork! She will be working Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Hi there! If you’re new to CSM, we’re grateful you’re here! Here’s a few tips we want to share, so you can have a great visit. 1️⃣ You can schedule online! The booking link is on the front page of our website and will show all current availability. If it’s your first time you will need to prepay. 2️⃣ Our entrance is a bit tricky. Drive around to the back of the building, park in that lot, and our entrance is the 2nd door from the left side of the building. 3️⃣ We don’t have front desk staff, so if we don’t answer your phone call and it’s urgent, you can text us (same number). We’ll try to reply as soon as we’re able. Hope to see you soon! 👋
