✨ Dr. Shelley Dean is proudly representing Crossway Pediatric Therapy at the IPSO 2026 Congress in Paris, helping spread awareness about pediatric stroke neurointerventions, rehabilitation, and recovery alongside colleagues from around the world.

Dr. Dean’s poster presentation highlights the importance of Family-Centered Care in Pediatric Stroke Rehabilitation and the critical role of the doctor-patient-family relationship throughout recovery. In pediatric stroke rehabilitation, the quality of the relationships surrounding the child may be just as important as the medical interventions themselves. Strong family-centered care models may improve treatment adherence, emotional adjustment, home program carryover, functional participation, and continuity across transitions of care.

At Crossway, we believe healing happens through connection, collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based intervention. 💙

It’s Teacher Appreciation time, and we are so excited to celebrate the incredible teachers who pour their hearts into our children every single day. 🍎💛

If anyone is feeling generous and would like to help us bless our teachers with a special appreciation gift, we’ve created a GoFundMe to make it possible.

Every dollar goes directly toward showing them how valued they truly are.

Thank you for supporting the people who support our kids.

Each year, we come together as a community to celebrate the incredible teach… Crossway Academy needs your support for Support Crossway Staff Appreciation Week

🧩 New Program Launch: 3/4’s Half-Day Preschool

We are excited to announce the launch of our new 3/4’s Half-Day Preschool Program (9:00 AM–1:00 PM) at Crossway.

This classroom is designed to provide a structured, nurturing, and developmentally supportive preschool experience for young learners who benefit from smaller group size, consistent routines, and intentional early learning support.

While this is a preschool program for young children in the community, it is uniquely aligned with Crossway’s mission of supporting development through thoughtful, play-based instruction. The classroom will emphasize early literacy, pre-academic readiness, sensory and motor development, and social-emotional growth in a calm and predictable environment.

🎯 Key Expectations & Program Fit
Children should be able to participate safely in a group setting with typical preschool structure
The program is not designed for children requiring intensive behavioral intervention or severe behavioral supports
Staff should prioritize consistency, clear routines, and proactive regulation strategies
Collaboration and communication across team members will be essential to maintain a cohesive classroom environment
🌱 Our Approach

This program reflects Crossway’s commitment to meeting children where they are developmentally while providing a strong foundation for future learning. The goal is to support independence, confidence, and school readiness in a way that is both structured and joyful.

Thank you all for helping bring this new program to life—we are excited to see it grow and serve families in our community.
