Lots of new faces, so here’s a quick re-introduction! 🤍
I’m Janelle Ashley, PA-C — lover of simple techniques, well-placed filler, subtle enhancements, and a forehead smooth as butter. 😌

I’ve been in aesthetics for 12+ years.
My first 10 were spent beside my favorite person — Dr. Carlene Ashley, plastic surgeon, mentor, and of course… my mom. I learned everything I possibly could. And when she wanted to retire, I became a PA to continue the work we started together. 💉✨

What most people don’t know is that I actually went to school for business first — got my degree, then my MBA. Then I looked at Dr. Ashley and said, “Let’s start something.” And we did. Together. 🤍

I thought I’d live in the business world forever, but what I realized (and many of you realized before I did) is that I loved being hands-on… working with my patients… doing what Dr. A did so effortlessly — sculpting faces, creating balance, and witnessing that moment when someone looks in the mirror and sees a refreshed, confident version of themselves. ✨

There have been so many happy tears, laughs, and smiles over the years. And when Dr. A wanted to retire, I just couldn’t let it go. I had to keep it going — for her, for me, and for all of you. 🤍

Many of you have watched me grow from assistant → Physician Assistant, and some of you knew this path was mine long before I did.

I’ll always keep things honest, educational, and affordable — and I’ll always cheer you on. Women supporting women forever.
