Healthy PhiT Physical Therapy & Wellness Consultants, LLC At Healthy Phit, we help people define and achieve great health to live their very best lives.

Healthy PhiT Physical Therapy & Wellness Consultants was founded by Dr. Lisa Nichole Folden, licensed physical therapist. What sets us apart from other wellness organizations, is the fact that our services are provided by a medical professional with more than 15 years of experience working with clients ages 6 months to 100 years in a plethora of clinical (and non-clinical) settings. Dr. Folden's knowledge of the body's musculoskeletal system and how it works and responds to exercise, injury, inactivity along with how it interacts with the other systems of the body, allow for optimal detailed assessments and effective exercise prescription. Clients will receive a one hour comprehensive physical therapy evaluation followed by a written report highlighting areas of concern and an individualized exercise and wellness program addressing those concerns directly. Evaluations assess strength, range of motion, flexibility, joint mobility, sensation, muscle tone and considers all previously diagnosed medical conditions. This ensures that each client receives a program that is TRULY individualized and ONLY for them. Follow-up appointments are offered on a schedule that meets the clients needs to assess progress, modify exercise/wellness plans and address client questions and concerns.

Initial consultation fee is $175 and includes a one hour comprehensive physical therapy evaluation, written evaluation report and exercise/wellness program. Follow-up appointment fee is $125 and includes a one hour physical examination to determine progress and discuss exercise/wellness program modifications. All fees are billed directly to the client (no insurance billing) and due at time of service. Cash, credit/debit card and personal checks ARE accepted.

No shade.

I wholeheartedly believe that we have different friends for different things.

I am not your diet friend.

I don't wanna hear about your diet.

I don't wanna see your 'before and after' pics.

I don't wanna know how much weight you've lost or gained.

I don't wanna hear you say mean things about your body as it changes.

You may not realize it, but those comments can be activating for anyone who has a history of disordered eating or exercise habits or who has had a difficult relationship with their body and/or food and movement.

Do your thing. Just please leave me out of it.

This is for you if you workout regularly and don’t see weight/body changes.

And really it’s for everyone else too because we get real silly ASSuming exercise is for shrinking or changing the body.

It’s perfectly normal and acceptable to NOT workout for the purpose of losing weight or changing your body’s aesthetic.

I’d argue it’s actually a much healthier way to workout and to be consistent.

I know when exercise was punishment for me, it was hard to stick with it when my body wasn’t changing in the way or at the rate that I wanted.

Now that movement isn’t associated with body changes for me, I move for joy, strength, flexibility, to challenge myself and more.

It’s a whole new world.

I realize this isn't everyone's journey.

If getting on the scale simply provides you with neutral data, good for you. Keep your scale.

If the number changing doesn't send you spiraling into a new restriction or bingeing pattern, awesome. Keep weighing in.

But if you're like me and that number can completely change the trajectory if your day...TOSS IT.
