A quick note before your soak š¤
All sessions must be booked in advance, as we often reach full capacity and canāt exceed it. Because some sessions have waitlists and guests on standby, we do enforce a 15-minute late policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, weāll rebook you for a later time that day if availability allows; if not, the session will be forfeited.
We remain open during inclement weather, and standard cancellation guidelines still apply unless conditions are extreme and we make the decision to close. In the event of a closure, guests may choose between a full refund or a credit to their account. If we ever need to reschedule a weekend event, that decision will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, with the option to select from alternative dates or receive a full refund.
