Some of my favorite moments from MVC are the times where we were together outside the workshops. Whether it was at events or at lunches or simply a tea break, it’s always been fun getting to hangout and learn about each other better. my favorite memory from MVC would have to be the practices where we were all together, especially the days leading up to the pageant! i love how we bonded with each other more and more with each practice :) especially during our boba runs and lunch breaks! (in need of cava soon with yall 🤍) also i really loved learning the dances because it was a chance to reconnect with traditional vietnamese dancing which i hadn’t done in years!

Hii future MVC girls!! 💕A memorable experience for me was definitely learning the dances haha! I had no experience with dancing or being super active, but having such an encouraging and cheerful group made it so much fun. We shared so many laughs and really got to know each other on a deeper level. Being part of this community helped me step out of my comfort zone, and I’m so grateful for everyone who was involved! 💃🏻💃🏻🤣

One of my favorite memories from the Miss Vietnam of the Carolinas pageant was after one of our practices, when we decided to walk to CAVA for lunch. We were all tired and it was so cold outside, but we were laughing the whole way there. It was such a small moment, but it felt so carefree and genuine, and honestly one of the ones I’ll remember most. 🥗💖☀️

My most memorable part of participating in the pageant was all of the amazing and fun practices we had. Being able to see everyone’s silly sides while practicing our walks or learning the dances are some experiences I will never forget. Sharing our days with each other, eating food, and learning more about my culture are some things we did during our practice. I loved all the people I met and will forever be grateful for meeting them!

My favorite memory with Miss Vietnam of the Carolinas has to be ethier gift exchange or urban district hang out with all of MVC! That day resonated with me the most due to all the fun moments we shared together. The anxiety I had previously whither away and I enjoyed exchanging gifts and seeing the girls reactions to their gifts. Our dance practices were consistently filled with fun moments 😀 I cherished how we all bonded more deeply through it. It was an unforgettable day that brought us closer together.
