Brightmore of South Charlotte was honored with Excellence in Customer Service through Senior Alliance and Excellence in Customer Service for maintaining a 5.0 Google Star Rating throughout all of 2025 — a true testament to our unwavering commitment to residents and families.

The Terrace at Brightmore also earned the Excellence in NxtGen Award, recognizing their dedication to the wellbeing of every resident in our community.
