Welcome to the ZenChi Lounge Spring Movie Series 🎬

Each month this spring, we’re transforming the lounge into a cozy living-room theater for an intimate community film experience. Think blankets, pillows, shared snacks, and a room full of people settling in together as the lights dim.

Our first feature film is Sinners.

Arrive early to get comfortable, claim your spot, and connect before the movie begins. This is a relaxed, bring-your-own-comfort style night, so come dressed cozy and bring whatever helps you sink into the experience.

Bring:
• Blanket or pillow
• Your favorite snack (sharing optional but always appreciated)

Whether you come solo, with a friend, or make new ones here, the goal is simple: slow down, unplug, and enjoy a film together in community.

About this event

Grief lives in the body — in the quiet corners of our muscles, the spaces between our breaths, and the rhythm of our hearts. This evening is an invitation to soften, to listen, and to let go.

We will begin this process with a Somatic movement practice to help us get back into our bodies led by Meesh the Great. Through this sacred movement, we create space for peace, renewal, and the return of joy.

As the energy settles, you’ll be guided into stillness in a sound bath by Lex Amara, where vibration and tone weave through the body, grounding and integrating all that has shifted.

This is a trauma-informed, heart-centered space — a sanctuary to honor your grief, your body, and your becoming.

Who this experience is for:
People who have tried other practices but haven’t felt any shift. If you are seeking a different toolkit to move through your inner realm Therapy isn’t working You want an alternative to yoga You like to move You find yourself tapping or stimming You enjoy a good dance session.
