Medical Outreach Inc. Will provide our local community in Wadesboro with access to appropriate medical equipment and supplies. Our activities include meeting with individuals with Insurance difficulties,homeless shelters, and women's shelters to provide them with essential medical supplies such as first aid tools, necessary for proper health. Our activities are conducted by our board members and volunteers. Our activities occur in Anson County, 80 percent of our time and expenses are allocated to our activities, 10 percent of our time and expenses are allocated to fundraising and 10 percent of our time and expenses are allocated to administrative duties. Our activities are funded by donations only. This activity furthers our exempt purposes because we help people live healthy lives, even when they cannot afford the medical supplies that are essential to their health themselves.
