Who We Are......
We are dedicated to meeting the needs of the individuals we serve. We provide services in their homes, at their jobs, and in their communities. All services are individualized and carried out by direct support individuals who work daily with each person, often as a mentor and a friend. A personalized support plan is carefully structured by the individual, their family, and our employees to assist each person in achieving their goals. Individuals remain involved in planning thru meetings, self assessment, and communication with the interdisciplinary team. The goal is always for the individuals we serve to be active members of their community.
