Carolina Family Healthcare will close in observance of the upcoming holidays as follows:

Christmas - We will close at noon on Wednesday, December 24th and reopen on Friday, December 26th in the morning.

New Year's - We will close at noon on Wednesday, December 31st and reopen on Friday, January 2nd.

This closure includes the patient portal.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, Carolina Family Healthcare will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27-28. We will reopen Monday, December 1st. This closure includes the patient portal. If you send a message through the portal while we are closed, it may not be returned until Monday, December 1st.

We are thankful for the opportunity to care for you throughout the year.
