Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte

Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte, together with Greensboro Jewish Federation, The Jewish Federation of Greater Raleigh and Jewish Federations of North America has joined a letter to the National Education Association condemning the proposed boycott of the Anti-Defamation League and denouncing the mistreatment of those who spoke out against it. We stand united in safeguarding our community’s rights, promoting tolerance, and opposing antisemitism in all its forms.

Time is running out for rising 9th-11th graders to apply to participate in training to become a Teen Talk Advisor. JFS is VERY excited to announce that we will be hosting SUMMER TRAINING DATES for the TEEN TALK TEEN ADVISOR program- to train teens in high school (grades 9-11) to support their peers on the Teen Talk app, creating a safe and supportive online community where teens can vent, share, and get support from other teens who know what they are going through.

The Teen Talk App provides teens with free, anonymous peer support when and where they need it-right from their phones and is free to download and available to any teen across the country. This training program allows your teen to complete a FREE 40 hour training to become a Teen Advisor on the app. This nationally recognized program is coming to Charlotte at NO COST to you!
