Today’s the day !!!!

Our Creative Reset Workshop is finally here, and I’m honestly so excited to meet these amazing women in person and make something beautiful together 🐝

This little idea started as a way to slow down, breathe, and create something just for me after carrying “too much for too long” AND WOW ! seeing it come to life with real women gathering around a table feels incredibly special.

Thank you to everyone who supported, shared, encouraged, and believed in this space. Facebook friends… thank you for being part of this community.

Here’s to creativity, connection, laughter, and maybe a little glitter and ribbon chaos too. Oh wait I promised the venue no glitter…so today we have to sparkle ourselves! ❤️

Most people don’t know how to ask for support…
and honestly, most of us were never taught how.

So we say:
“I’m fine.”
“I’ve got it.”
“It’s okay.”

…while quietly drowning underneath the weight of everything we’re carrying.

That’s why I created this free communication guide:

How to communicate without starting a fight

Inside, we talk about:
🤍 Why high-functioning people hide overwhelm
🤍 Why communication breaks down even when people care
🤍 Why support can feel “wrong” even when someone is trying
🤍 How to better communicate what you actually need
🤍 What to do when your needs still aren’t being met

If you’ve ever felt unseen, emotionally exhausted, misunderstood, or like you’re carrying too much for too long… this is for you.

Grab the free guide, link is below and in the comments:
How to communicate without starting a fight

And if this resonates with you, comment with:
“SEEN”

because I want people to know they’re not alone in this.

A practical guide for caregivers, strong ones, and anyone who has spent years carrying too much. And never quite learned how to ask for help without guilt, shutdown, or fear of being too much.

Insanity this morning and if I’m being honest, most mornings. Can you relate?

Insanity! I debated with myself over taking just five minutes to grab a Starbucks coffee on my way to the office.

For the person who holds everything together.

Free guide.
No spam.
Just the guide.

This guide is for the person who:

✔ Takes care of everyone else
✔ Says "I've got it" even when they don't
✔ Waits until they're at a breaking point to say anything
✔ Feels guilty asking for help from people they
✔ Has cried in the car because they couldn't say what they needed out loud

You didn't become this way because you're weak. You became this way because you were capable.

And capable people learn early that their needs come last.

This free guide won't fix everything.
But it will give you real language to start asking for what you need without guilt, without a fight, and without falling apart.

This week brought a lot of new faces here, and I just wanted to say thank you.

Truly.

Most people don’t realize how vulnerable it feels to start sharing the messy parts of life out loud. The caregiving. The overwhelm. The mental load. The “holding it together” while quietly falling apart sometimes.

So every follow, comment, message, and “this made me feel seen” means more than you probably know.

I’m still figuring all of this out as I go.
But I’m really glad you’re here.

Because everybody’s got something.
And maybe we don’t have to carry it alone all the time. ❤️

Learning to communicate your needs clearly is hard.

Learning that your needs matter at all is sometimes even harder.

Maybe healing starts when we stop trying to earn support by overexplaining our pain.

The right people may not always know exactly what to say…but healthy relationships make space for honesty, clarity, and growth.

You are allowed to ask for what you need without apologizing for having needs in the first place.
