So our little Lewie seems glad to be home from the hospital.

We’re supposed to keep his activity level slow, I think I’m freaking him out though. He’s not using the 20 ramps i bought so every time he gets up I jump up to help him on or off something before he jumps off himself!

I’m insane, please be kind 🤣😳🫣🤦‍♀️

My labor of love…

I was a caregiver for my mom for 7 years.

7 years doing everything I could, all the time, for someone I loved.

And somewhere in there, I learned that grief, exhaustion, and anger can exist right alongside love… even though no one really talks about that part.

Rage coloring and stress crafts became my outlet.

A place to put the feelings that didn’t belong in polite conversation.

The clenched-jaw thoughts.

The “I’m doing my best and it still hurts” days.

These aren’t “live, laugh, love” crafts.

They’re exhale through your teeth, color too hard that you rip the paper and glue with purpose kind of projects.

The kind you do when you need your hands busy so your heart can catch up.

The idea of this coloring book came to me a couple of weeks ago. Each scene in this book is real and raw for me, and I thought others might benefit from its pages.
