Today was Hope & Warmth weekly distribution, but it was a special day for the one who makes it all happen.

It’s our CEO Birthday! Help us wish her a Happy Birthday! She spent her Birthday doing what she loves to do! Serving our unhoused friends! We served 112 friends today! Today they had homemade chili, snacks, beverages and cupcakes to help celebrate our CEO Birthday!

Meet the Change Agent behind !

We want to take a moment to recognize the incredible dedication and passion that Shaleiah brings to our community. As the leader of , a small grassroots organization. She pours her heart and soul into everything she does.

Through her unwavering commitment, she has built deep connections with the unhoused community, showing up time and again to provide support and hope where it’s needed most. Shaleiah also goes above and beyond for students at Title 1 schools, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement to succeed.

Moreover, she tirelessly advocates for mental health awareness, working to break the stigma surrounding it. Her efforts remind us all that mental health is just as important as physical health and that we need to prioritize it in our discussions and actions.

Thank you, Shaleiah, for being a beacon of hope and a true champion for those in need. Your work inspires us all!💚

Every Tuesday, we gather to spread hope and warmth through shared meals with our unhoused community. This week, as we kick off the new year, we invite you to join us in making a difference today!

What We Offer:
 A warm meal prepared with love.
 A safe space for connection and support.
 Resources and conversations around mental health and well-being.

In these challenging times, it’s vital to remember the importance of community and connection. Sharing a meal isn’t just about nourishment; it’s about providing comfort, reducing isolation, and fostering mental wellness. Together, we can build a supportive network that uplifts all.

This past week was a busy one for . We had an event everyday. On Tuesday our Hope & Warmth started back up. Which means we’re back to doing our weekly feeds at Roof Above Day Services Center. Every Tuesday at 4pm. Passing out dinner, toiletries, and warming supplies for the winter. We were blessed with shoes to giveaway for our first day back. We fed and distributed supplies to 80 of our unhoused friends. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. We’re back at it on December 23,2025. 🎄❤️

Yesterday reminded us that GOOD people still exist! partnered with to spread some holiday cheer. We popped up at Oakhurst Stem Academy and surprised some students. We gave out shoes and visa gift cards. The kids were so happy and grateful. Thank you for helping spread a little extra love for the holiday season. 🎄❤️

Temperatures are expected to drop below 17 degrees tonight in Charlotte, NC.

We went and made sure all the friends were safe and headed to shelters/ churches for the night. Our hearts wouldn’t have had it any other way. We had three friends who went to stay with family and the rest went to shelters. Cats provided free transportation for those going to the shelters. 💚

The friends that we serve have became family and we take care of our family! 💚

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and believe in our mission. Nights like these remind us why the work we do matters!
