Everyone, please help us give a warm welcome to our newest team member and physical therapist, Reah!

A Denver, NC native, Reah is a former collegiate softball player who turned her passion for sports and wellness into a career helping others move, feel, and live better. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Gardner-Webb University. Reah completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Western Carolina University in May 2025! After completing her board exam, Reah joined the Phoenix Team and works at both our Denver and Terrell locations!

After overcoming an ACL tear in college, Reah developed a special passion for post-op ACL rehab; she’s dedicated to helping patients of all ages and activity levels crush their recovery goals.

Outside the clinic, Reah enjoys lifting at the gym, visiting local breweries, relaxing on the lake, traveling to Charleston with her boyfriend, spending time with her mini schnauzer, Charlee, and embracing her love for all things Disney!

Meet Bailie, our marketing and referral coordinator!

Bailie graduated from Appalachian State University in 2021 with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She joined the Phoenix team in 2022 and works in our Terrell office. Bailie went on to complete her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing at Carson-Newman University in 2024.

Outside of work, Bailie spends most of her time with her animals and her fiancé, Dawson. Together they have 4 dogs, 2 cats, and a horse! Bailie enjoys gardening, baking, reading, and cheering on the App State Mountaineers!

Meet our physical therapy assistant, Jonathan!

Jonathan graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He went on to complete the Physical Therapy Assistant program at CPCC. Jonathan joined the Phoenix team in 2007. He has continued his education by completing the Titleist Golf Perfomance Institute’s Certification of Golf Fitness and Movement Analysis as well as becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Aside from work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Calli, and their families, being a girl dad and dog dad, and serving in the community!

Meet our physical therapist, Haley!

Haley is our lead physical therapist at the Denver office and has been with Phoenix for almost 6 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Elon University in 2014. Haley went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Elon in 2018.

Haley was born and raised in Stanley, NC. She and her husband, J.P., got married in 2021 and just welcomed their first daughter, Collins, into the world! In her free time, Haley enjoys cheering on the Carolina Panthers, going to concerts, and traveling, but is currently loving soaking up all the newborn snuggles!
