A beautiful birth for a loving family! Breech doesn’t mean wrong it just means baby has their own way and they do what feels right. We just adjust around them.

Mom did an amazing job! Dad and family support💗 even with a transfer baby was born vaginally and still breech! Sometimes in home births things change and that’s totally ok! We adapt just like parenthood will make us do.

Following her birth we did a closing bones ceremony. A welcoming of her new self and a release of th old trauma not just from birth but from the past trauma we talk with us. When we go into a new phase we can’t let old baggage tag along. It has to be laid to rest. We have to stop feeding the fires of our past and deprive it of its energy. The energy we give it must be used for what new to come 💗 im so proud of these guys and the amazing work they do to prepare for their birth and welcome their baby boy 💙

Skin to skin promotes many things , but bonding and feeing safe are the most important to me.

Let’s curve mom and baby’s anxiety by allows them that sacred time not matter the location.

These messages literally came right after each other in the same day. They really make me remember why I do this. Especially when I’m tired, emotionally drained and having to fight with providers for basic things. Both of these births will stick with me. I teach my clients how to advocate for themselves and it works MOST of the time but there are times I gotta do a little more defense and speak with more conviction to get the point across. That’s ok it’s what we do as doulas, we sometimes gotta put the boots on and remind people:YOUR PROVIDER WORKS FOR YOU ! And you can definitely fire them when necessary 🤷🏾‍♀️💅🏾. Congratulations to these two moms ! Who BOTH had beautiful vaginal births 💗💗

Happy October !!!!! It’s been a hell of a month and I’m so proud of all of you! We’ve got some first time momas , A VBAC powerhouse!, a beautiful soul centered home birth (with a twist 🎁). Another second time mamma owning her home birth! A First time mama who advocated for herself like a Boss! And the TWINSIES 💗I’m so proud of everyone. October def came with full force ! And we got a BOOBaby 👻. You all did amazing and all had different birth experiences. I’m always honored to share your birth space with you 🥰 Happy October ! Let’s see what Nov brings 😏
