INSIGHT MEDITATION WORKSHOP
In this training, we'll review the fundamentals of Insight (Vipassana) meditation and explore how to cultivate mindfulness in our daily lives.
Our time will include: •An overview of Insight meditation and mindfulness practices •Meditation instructions – intention, posture, concentration •Meditation sessions •Working with physical pain, emotions, thoughts, and other obstacles while meditating •Guidelines for your home practice •Ample time for Q&A
