This will be another journey of a lifetime into the DEPTHS with a magical cohort of healers who are coming together to heal and change the world (starting with themselves) and to uplevel the way we treat mental and emotional health issues (which are also physical issues).

When I began my own healing journey, I carried layers of pain, trauma, and self-protection that had been with me for years. I searched for answers in books, therapy, and trainings, but nothing reached the deepest parts of me until I learned how to work with my own subconscious mind, body, and breath.

Through years of personal work, I created Go Within Hypno-Breathwork as a way to guide people into the root of their wounds, release what has been stored, and reconnect with the truth of who they are. It has transformed my life, and I have watched it transform the lives of my clients and practitioners again and again.

This upcoming practitioner training is not just about learning a modality. It is about doing your own deep healing work so you can hold space for others from a place of integrity and embodiment. You will experience your own breakthroughs while gaining the skills to help others access theirs.

This week, Cohort 4 completed the Go Within Hypno-Breathwork 6 month certification course.

These humans absolutely blow me away! Their dedication to their healing, to this work, and to the world is inspiring.

I bow in awe and gratitude.

The photos do not show the sweat, the tears, the cries, the yells, the mounds of pain, grief, sorrow, shame, shock, and trauma that these humans FACED, moved THROUGH, uprooted and RELEASED from their bodies.

It has been miraculous to watch their transformation and palpable energy shifts over the last 6 months as their energy got lighter and lighter.

I am humbled to be a part of their journey.

Our Story

Meet our Nurse Practitioner! Liz Burkholder is a licensed family nurse practitioner in North Carolina and board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

She is also a Certified Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist, certified by The Wellness Institute.

Liz is passionate about integrative and holistic healthcare and merging conventional therapies with alternative therapies.

She uses holistic mind-body therapies to help clients with their mental, physical, and emotional health and wellness, including: breathing techniques, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, meditation/mindfulness, and more.
